Amy Bakes a Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

The Father Rabbit team are keeping in touch through out this lockdown, which is also working to keep us all inspired and in the case, hungry! Our beautiful Online Sales and Customer Service Manager Amy baked a vegan lemon poppy seed cake today and shared the process with us through some lovely photographs.Amy is one of the lucky ones who have thriving lemon trees in their home garden and when life gives you lemons, you make lemon cake! You're likely to spot Amy using a few of our kitchen products in these photographs, and to save you from hunting through our store, we've linked the products pictured.In the measuring and mixing stage of baking this cake, Amy used our Tala Cook's Dry Measure, our Standard Rubber Spatula and of course our beautiful Botanical Linen Tea Towel in Cream.
