COLD BREW

50ml Seedlip Spice 94

15ml Pink Grapefruit Juice

Top with Minor Figures Nitro Cold Brew

Add Seedlip & Grapefruit to empty glass

Stir

Fill tall glass with plenty of ice

Top with Cold Brew

Stir & Garnish with citrus

FEIJOA SOUR

50ml Seedlip Garden 108

20ml Lemon Juice

25ml Six Barrel Feijoa Syrup

25ml Egg Whites

* If vegan - switch out egg whites for aquafaba.

Ice cubes 

Add all ingredients into a shaker. 

Dry shake. (Shake without ice).

Open shaker, you should see a foamy head. Now add a good amount of ice.

Shake once more vigorously.

Strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with rose petals or buds.

GROVE CUP

50ml Seedlip Grove

10ml Rhubarb Tea

Top with East Imperial Thai Dry Ginger Ale

Add Seedlip and Tea into glass

Stir

Fill glass with ice

Top with Ginger Ale

Stir 

Garnish with ribbon of rhubarb.

FR x Seedlip | Summer Cocktails

Get Into The Grove

50ml Grove 42
15ml Bitter - we've used Peychauds Aperitvo, but you can use Campari or Aperol
1 tsp Passionfruit syrup
East Imperial Grapefruit Soda
Blood Orange Peel for garnish

Shake Grove, bitter, passionfruit and ice. Strain over fresh ice in wine glass and top with soda. Garnish with Blood Orange.



Father Rabbit's Burrow

50ml Garden 108
20ml Father Rabbit Rosemary & Cucumber Tonic Syrup
East Imperial Royal Botanic Tonic
Pea Shoots for garnish

Fill tumbler with ice. Add Garden, Syrup and top with tonic. Stir to mix. Garnish with a pea tendril nest.



Santa's Favourite

50ml Spice 94
100ml Karma Cola Ginger Beer
15ml Lime Juice
Fennel for garnish

Fill tumbler with ice. Add Spice, fresh lime and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a large stem of fennel.

FR x Seedlip | Spring Cocktails

We've been talking about Seedlip a lot recently so when the opportunity arose to have Seedlip's brand ambassador Jasmin Rutter come into FR HQ to create custom cocktails inspired by our glassware range, how could we say no?!

Jasmin created four beautiful spring inspired Seedlip concoctions using both the Garden 108 and Spice 94 varieties of the alcohol free spirit and a whole host of complimentary flavours.

Demi Sec in the Largo Sparkling Wine 

Combine:
15ml Garden 108
35ml white wine Verjus 
20ml soda water
A squeezed lemon cheek (the cheek is when you cut the lemon lengthways so you don't have any seeds or pith getting in the way)

And garnish with pomegranate arils. 


Kakariki Spring in the Tapered Beldi Wine Glass

Combine:
50ml Seedlip Garden 108
20ml coriander & nasturtium syrup
20ml aloe vera juice
20ml lemon juice
30ml Thai dry ginger ale

And garnish with a nasturtium leaf.


Citrus Tree Drop in the Light Pink Tumbler

45ml Spice 94
1 tsp marmalade
20ml grapefruit juice
10ml lemon juice
Egg white or aquafaba

Put ice and all of the ingredients into a shaker and shake hard for about 20 seconds to chill the liquid really well and to create an amazing marshmallow like foam. Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of dehydrated citrus.


Cola Old Fashioned in the Kinto Cast Water Glass

Combine:
50ml Spice 94
20ml Cola syrup or a spiced cola syrup
Dash of bitters
A squeezed orange cheek

And garnish with orange zest.
