Eligible items can be returned to us for refund, exchange or store credit (depending on conditions of each sale) to the value paid minus the original cost of shipping to you, in the case of orders that received "free shipping" where the actual shipping cost was paid by us. For full priced items purchased online* we offer a full refund, store credit or exchange (whatever suits you best) on clothing and footwear purchases. For items purchased on sale (except Final Sale) we offer a store credit. This can be done within 30 days of delivery date.
