Handy little gadget

This little kitchen helper does a pretty good job of finely chopping herbs but I’ve learnt to remove any stalks as they ball up and block the blades.

Convenience of Old Technology!

Great for small quantity requirements. Produces a good result: easy to dismantle and wash, and takes little storage space in the utensil drawer.
