Grown in the hills of Sitia, Crete from the legendary Koroneiki olive, this extra virgin olive oil comes from a protected region with a long history of exceptional olive oil.
Think of this as your finishing touch. Like flaky salt and pepper. Like a squeeze of lemon. Made to be poured after cooking, a quick drizzle just before serving brings everything to life, adding depth, richness and a bold, peppery hit of flavour.
The olives are cold extracted in Crete to preserve what makes them special, then shipped directly to New Zealand and bottled without blending or refining. Single origin, one olive, one region, nothing added.
We think oil this good deserves to be tasted, not hidden in the pan. Pour it over warm bread, salads, pasta, eggs, roasted vegetables or anything that needs a little something extra.

Eligible items can be returned to us for refund, exchange or store credit (depending on conditions of each sale) to the value paid minus the original cost of shipping to you, in the case of orders that received "free shipping" where the actual shipping cost was paid by us. For full priced items purchased online* we offer a refund, store credit or exchange (whatever suits you best) on clothing and footwear purchases. For items purchased on sale (except Final Sale) we offer a store credit. This can be done within 30 days of delivery date.
Father Rabbit offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for an exchange/store credit, Father Rabbit will retain any original shipment costs incurred.
Exclusions Apply
Our return policy excludes swimwear, food, makeup, earrings, skincare, personal care items, furniture, custom orders and homeware items on sale unless faulty. All items marked Final Sale are unable to be returned unless faulty. Please consider this when purchasing.
