Unmade Mystery Goodie Bag Promotion — Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion valid on 08/08/26 only, or while stocks last, whichever comes first.
2. Available only at the three participating stores: Father Rabbit Orakei, Father Rabbit Herne Bay, and Father Rabbit Newmarket.
3. The first 50 qualifying purchases at each participating store will receive one mystery goodie bag. Goodie bags cannot be transferred between participating store locations.
4. To qualify, customers must spend $150 or more on eligible Unmade products in a single in-store transaction, completed and paid for in-store on the day. Online purchases, including click-and-collect orders, do not qualify. Eligible products are full-price and sale Unmade branded merchandise unless specifically excluded in-store. Gift card purchases do not count towards the qualifying spend.
5. Customers must be signed up to a Father Rabbit customer or loyalty account to qualify.
6. Maximum of one mystery goodie bag per customer, regardless of how many qualifying purchases are made. The promoter reserves the right to refuse multiple claims where it reasonably believes purchases have been split or multiple accounts have been used to circumvent this limit.
7. Mystery goodie bags are pre-packed and allocated at random and cannot be selected, exchanged or substituted. Where products are available in different styles, colours, sizes, scents or other variations, these will also be allocated at random.
8. Contents and approximate retail values vary between bags. The highest value goodie bag contains products with a total recommended retail price of approximately $1,000.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or loyalty voucher unless otherwise stated.
10. This promotion applies only to eligible Unmade products and excludes gift cards and any other products expressly identified as excluded.
11. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
12. Staff purchases are excluded.
13. Change of mind refunds are not available on purchases that qualified for this promotion. Exchanges for an alternative size or colour may be available in accordance with our normal exchange policy.
14. If an exchange, return or refund reduces the qualifying purchase below $150, the mystery goodie bag must also be returned in its original, unopened and unused condition. Where permitted by law, if the goodie bag is not returned, its stated retail value may be deducted from any refund or store credit to the extent permitted by law.
15. Products contained within the mystery goodie bag are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
16. Unmade is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to goodie bag items after they have been collected by the customer or, where applicable, while being transported by a third-party courier, except to the extent required by law.
17. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any customer and to keep a record of goodie bag recipients.
18. If a qualifying customer declines a mystery goodie bag or is unable to receive one for any reason, the promoter may offer it to the next eligible qualifying customer.
19. Qualifying purchases are determined by the transaction time recorded by the point-of-sale system.
20. The promoter's decision regarding eligibility and the allocation of mystery goodie bags is final, except where required otherwise by law.
21. By participating in this promotion, customers consent to being photographed or filmed in-store for potential use in the promoter's marketing and social media. Customers who do not wish to be photographed should advise staff at the time.
22. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
23. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand law.
