How do I use my 10% sign up discount?
Father Rabbit offers a sign up discount code when customers sign up to receive our marketing emails. You will be emailed a code to enter in at check out against your order, please check your spam inbox if it doesn’t come through as these emails sometimes end up in there! This code does not automatically apply at checkout and can only be issued once against each customer's account.
Not redeemable on sale items or with any other promotion.
Why can't I purchase an item on enquire now?
Items on our website that are on ‘enquire now’ are generally considered to be either too fragile or too oversized to send. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you are interested in one of these items and we can happily arrange a hold for you at one of our stores!
Can I laybuy items?
Father Rabbit offers payment through the third party applications LayBuy and Afterpay both in store and online. Please refer to your preferred platform's terms and conditions for further details.
How do I buy a gift card?
We offer two different sorts of gift cards; online gift cards or in store gift cards. An online gift card will be emailed to you, or the recipient depending on which email address you enter at check out. An in store gift card will be posted to the recipient. If you would like to switch over your gift card to be used in store or vice versa please get in touch with our customer service team who can arrange this.
Where do I park at your stores?
There is ample parking available around all of our stores.
Our Herne Bay store has free street parking in close proximity to the store. Our Orakei Bay store has plenty of parking available in the carpark with more available on the top level. In Newmarket there is readily available pay and display by the hour, we recommend using the AT Park app. There is also free parking for two hours available at the Rialto carpark opposite the store.
Are all products at every Father Rabbit store?
Each Father Rabbit store has its own unique offering so some items may not be available at every store. For any specific stock enquiries, please get in touch with our wonderful teams instore or online for more information.

Do you offer a trade discount?
Yes! We offer a trade discount to professional interior designers on a select range of our products. Please fill out our application form here and we will be in touch within one working day, or get in touch with us at info@fatherrabbit.com for more information. Terms and conditions apply.
What does it mean if an item says final sale?
Final sale items are pieces that are end of season that Father Rabbit has loved but will not be restocking. For this reason, we are unable to offer any refunds for these items unless they are faulty. The price is our maximum discount and will not be reduced any further.
