We have an exciting opportunity that has opened up to join the Father Rabbit retail team. We are looking for a superstar sales assistant to join us at our Herne Bay store to work Tuesday - Saturday.
Key accountabilities include:
- Driving sales and customer satisfaction to an exceptional standard
- Building and nurturing long lasting customer relationships
- Maintaining store appearance to the Father Rabbit standards
- This is a sole charge role for most of the week
Applicants must have:
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality or sales
- Ideally experience in retail and people management
- The ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members
- Be passionate about fashion, interiors and design
- Love building relationships with customers
- Pride themselves on going above and beyond for both customers and fellow team members alike
- Experience with Google Drive, Sheet and Docs
- Understanding of inventory management systems and POS systems
- Be able to commit to a role long-term
- A flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business as well as being able to work at any of our Auckland stores, should the need arise
- Be very self motivated
