Creator Community Guidelines

CREATOR COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We want this group to be useful, supportive and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.

A few simple things will help keep it that way.

1. KEEP PREVIEWS IN THE GROUP

You may occasionally see upcoming products, launches, campaign ideas or other things that have not been made public yet.

Please keep anything clearly marked as confidential, early access or embargoed within the Creator Community until we tell you it is okay to share.

2. BE YOURSELF

We do not want every creator speaking, dressing or creating in exactly the same way.

Your personality is one of the reasons you were invited.

Creative briefs will give you the important product information and required deliverables, but we want your content to still sound and feel like you.

3. ONLY MAKE CLAIMS YOU CAN GENUINELY MAKE

If you are talking about fit, comfort, quality, fabric or your experience with a product, keep it genuine.

Please do not make claims about something you have not experienced yourself.

4. MISSION DETAILS STAY ONE-TO-ONE

This group is for community, previews, opportunities and inspiration.Things such as:

Addresses
Contracts
Specific deadlines
Missing content
Revisions
Individual product issues
Personal information

should be handled privately with the Father Rabbit team rather than in the group.

5. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG, JUST TELL US

Life happens.

If you are going to miss a deadline or something has happened with your product or content, please tell us as early as possible.

Communication matters much more to us than pretending everything is fine and disappearing.

6. DO NOT FEEL PRESSURED TO ACCEPT EVERY MISSION

Different creators will suit different products and content styles.

You may be invited to some missions and not others.

That is completely normal and does not mean you are doing anything wrong.

7. BE SUPPORTIVE OF OTHER CREATORS

There is room for different ages, sizes, styles, personalities and types of content in this community.

Please keep the group positive and respectful.

8. CREATOR POINTS REWARD CONTRIBUTION

Creator Points can be earned through things such as:

Completing missions
Providing approved usable assets
Fast Track delivery
Optional missions
Creator referrals
Organic engagement where relevant
Content being selected for advertising
Paid-media performance

Points help us identify people for priority drops, future missions and other opportunities.

Posting constantly in the group does not earn points.

We care about useful contribution, great content and reliability.

9. PAID ADVERTISING IS SEPARATE FROM ORGANIC POPULARITY

A piece of content getting lots of likes or shares is great, but our highest creator levels also consider how content performs commercially when it is tested.

You do not need a huge following to become one of our strongest creators.

10. ASK QUESTIONS

If a brief is unclear, a product has arrived incorrectly, sizing is wrong or you are unsure about anything, please ask.

We would always rather clarify something before you spend time creating it.

Most importantly, enjoy it.

We want this to become a group of creators who get early access to great product, make genuinely good work together and grow with Father Rabbit and Unmade.
