Click + Collect 

Order online as normal (or phone one of our stores). Select click + collect from the options in the checkout page (this is the page after the cart page).

Click + Collect will be available that afternoon at the store that has all the stock in one store. 

Click + Collect is available between 9am - 5pm at our Herne Bay & Ōrākei Bay stores and between 9am - 2pm at our Mt Eden & Newmarket stores. 

Once you place your order we will send you an email to confirm that the order is ready for pickup. When you arrive to collect your order please call the store to let them know you have arrived.

Local Delivery 

This is a Monday to Friday service using our staff for drop offs. The cost is $9.00. The minimum order value is $75.00. The service is offered within a 3km radius of each store. Between 12 - 3 pm. You will need to order by 12pm. If all the items are at your local store then this service will be offered. If the items are spread across stores then the service will not be available. If you would like us to manually organise this please email info@fatherrabbit.com. 

Post codes that we are delivering to are 1011, 1021, 1024, 1050, 1052, 1071 and also suburbs Westmere, Newmarket, Grafton, St Mary's Bay, Morningside, Kingsland and Meadowbank 

Standard Courier

We of course still have our standard courier. Free if you spend over $75 for NZ. The couriers may experience delays during a lockdown so our usual delivery timeframes may need to be extended slightly.  This service is sometimes referred to as standard shipping.

Our flat rates for NZ delivery if you spend under $75 are $3 for Auckland and $6 for the rest of the country (including rural). These do not apply for heavy or bulky items.
