Father Rabbit wants you to love your purchases! If you aren't happy with your items we can either offer you an exchange, store credit or a refund based on the circumstances of your purchase.

Eligible items can be returned to us for refund, exchange or store credit (depending on conditions of each sale) to the value paid minus the original cost of shipping to you, in the case of orders that received "free shipping" where the actual shipping cost was paid by us. Clothing & Footwear Purchases
For full priced items purchased online* we offer a refund, store credit or exchange (whatever suits you best) on clothing and footwear purchases. For items purchased on sale (except Final Sale) we offer a store credit. This can be done within 30 days of delivery date.
Father Rabbit offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for an exchange/store credit, Father Rabbit will retain any original shipment costs incurred.
