Eligible items can be returned to us for refund, exchange or store credit (depending on conditions of each sale) to the value paid minus the original cost of shipping to you, in the case of orders that received "free shipping" where the actual shipping cost was paid by us. Father Rabbit offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for an exchange/store credit, Father Rabbit will retain any original shipment costs incurred.
