Sandos are made with durable natural rubber. Simply rinse with cold water and mild soap if needed. We recommend rinsing after a salty beach session. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals. Store them flat and out of direct sunlight when not in use. You can give them a gentle scrub with a brush if needed.
The fit of your Sandos is unique to the sleek, modern design they've carefully created. They have a more feminine fit than many flip flops on the market, with a slimmer, narrower profile.
Sizing:
- WIDER FEET: We recommend sizing up, sometimes even by two sizes. Don’t worry if they feel longer; the style is designed to look refined without a big, chunky edge of rubber around the foot.
- THE ORIGINAL STYLE: Most people take their usual size. If you have wider feet, go up one size.
- THE SQUARE STYLE: The narrower toe box means some people may need to size up one or two sizes, though going up two is less common.
- FOR THE MINI-ME’S: Our size 36 is the perfect fit for younger Sandos lovers, so you can twin all summer long.
- GOLDEN RULE: If you’re a half size, always size up. And if your feet run wide, size up too. We want your Sandos to feel as good as they look - sleek, simple, and summer-ready.

We're delighted to offer free shipping when you spend over $100 within New Zealand and $150 in Australia.
Father Rabbit offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for an exchange/store credit, Father Rabbit will retain any original shipment costs incurred.
Some bigger items do not qualify for free shipping and we will contact you with a freight quote after you place your order. If the total volume or weight of your order exceeds our bulky shipping measures we will quote for extra shipping.

Father Rabbit wants you to love your purchases! If you aren't happy with your items we can either offer you an exchange, store credit or a refund based on the circumstances of your purchase.

If items are returned with change of mind:
Eligible items can be returned to us for refund, exchange or store credit (depending on conditions of each sale) to the value paid minus the original cost of shipping to you, in the case of orders that received "free shipping" where the actual shipping cost was paid by us. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.
Clothing & Footwear Purchases
For full priced items purchased online* we offer a refund, store credit or exchange (whatever suits you best) on clothing and footwear purchases. For items purchased on sale (except Final Sale) we offer a store credit. This can be done within 30 days of delivery date.
