Jules Mila, is a small New Zealand business launched as a creative outlet for designer and founder Pieta. Named after Pieta’s siblings, Jules Mila is about reflecting her family’s unique style and creative values to curate the brand. Pieta takes inspiration from vintage classics and the latest fashion trends to carefully launch new collections with the aim to add a new unisex style every time they sell out. Jules Mila’s designs are manufactured in Italy by a small family-owned Italian manufacturer who helps to refine their designs and source the best environmentally sustainable materials that can withstand the NZ summer. Jules Mila frames are composed of a sustainable cellulose acetate and a plasticizer of vegetable origin. Their lenses are made with 100% UVA & UVB protection which are resistant to shattering and scratches.
