Convenient Returns

We can organise a return pick up (at your cost), you can arrange your own courier, or you may return items to any of our four Auckland stores.

30 Day Returns Period

Return your items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (extended to 30th January the following year for all purchases in December).

Father Rabbit wants you to love your purchases! If you aren't happy with your items, we can either offer you a refund, store credit or an exchange based on the circumstances of your items and purchase.

Original Condition

All returns must arrive unused and in their original condition with tags still attached and in non-damaged, original packaging. The cost of returns is covered by the customer (unless faulty). Footwear needs to come back to us in the boxes they arrived in.

Exclusions Apply

We do not accept returns on food, personal care items, furniture and sale items unless faulty (excluding clothing and footwear purchased online). For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on intimates, swimwear, or earrings unless faulty.

Holiday returns policy

We understand things can get a little crazy over the Christmas holidays, so we have extended our returns period until the 30th January for all purchases made in December the previous year.

We offer an exchange or store credit for change of mind on full priced homewares (whichever suits you best).

HOMEWARES

For change of mind returns on homewares purchased online (excluding sale items) we offer a store credit for the value of the product (excluding shipping charge).
 
Father Rabbit offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for a refund/store credit, Father Rabbit will retain any original shipment costs incurred.

CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR

We offer a full refund, exchange or store credit (whatever suits you best) on clothing and footwear purchased online (even if purchased on sale), excluding swimwear and underwear.
