Tasteology's citrus salt has a base of Great Barrier Reef white rock salt, which has been carefully mixed in with dried lemon granules to create a zesty citrusy flavour. This is the perfect salt mix for your seafood and fish dishes, and is also great to use on salads and pastas. Tasteology's salts and salt mixes are 100% natural, free of additives and preservatives. The herbs used are all dried before they go into the salt mixes. This salt comes in an oversized, high quality glass grinder bottle with a ceramic grinder which allows you to adjust the thickness of the granules. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
