Whether you wrap them around sweet or savoury fillings, crepes transform breakfast into a special occasion. Crafted from solid blue steel with an up tilted handle, this design has remained virtually unchanged since the early 17th century and is essential for making light, tender crepes. The sloped sides facilitate flipping and removing crepes from the pan, whilst the riveted iron handle is designed to help smoothly swirl batter and turn the crepes. This pan is ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction, it is lightweight and has a hole in the handle for convenient storing. 

Made in France.
