Macadamia and Coconut Gluten-free Granola By BEAR

Macadamia + Coconut Gluten-free Granola
w/ papaya, passionfruit, NOURISH + REPAIR Essential Daily Superpowders, almond milk


Serves 4-6

  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • 1⁄2 cup puffed brown rice
  • 1 cup roughly chopped macadamias
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup dried currants
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil


Pre-heat oven to 165 degrees / Combine buckwheat, puffed brown rice, macadamias, flaxseed, coconut flakes, dried raisins, sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl / Add 1 tsp cinnamon, or more to taste / Pour over rice malt syrup and coconut oil, stir to combine / Spread mixture evenly on a tray lined with baking paper / Cook for 10 minutes, give a quick stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown.


Serve with seasonal fruit, almond milk and a tablespoon each of NOURISH + REPAIR Essential Daily Superpowders.
