Cocktail season is here! We've teamed up with our friends at Six Barrel Soda Co. to bring you this delicious gimlet cocktail made with our Kawakawa and Lime syrup collaboration. This is a beautiful drink to enjoy out in the sun in summer afternoons. Refreshing, delightful and classic!
THE SYRUP
To celebrate Father Rabbit's tenth birthday, we teamed up with Six Barrel Soda Co. to create this delicious Kawakawa and Lime Syrup. Add a splash to your champagne, use it as a refreshing herbal mixer for gin, or enjoy it as a zesty non-alcoholic drink with a hint of spice. INGREDIENTS
45mL of your favourite gin
25mL of Father Rabbit x Six Barrel Soda Co. Kawakawa and Lime Syrup
10mL of lime juice
1 cucumber slice to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the gin of you choice, the Kawakawa and Lime Syrup, and lime juice. Stir well. Strain the mixed drink into a chilled martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a thin cucumber slice.
