Father Rabbit can’t get enough of these beautiful children’s toys from Le Toy Van. Ethically made from natural materials, what’s not to love about these gorgeous toys.
Le Toy Van, like Father Rabbit, is a family business. Founded by Georges Le Van, and later joined by his son Steven Le Van the team holds over 150 years of experience in the toy industry. Established in Surrey, England in 1995, their goal was to design and distribute high quality old fashioned wooden toys. Inspired by the understanding that children have little hands but big imaginations, Le Toy Van is passionate and proud to design innovative toys that encourage early learning through imaginative role play.
Crafted from natural materials including timbers and natural rubber, each toy is hand-finished to ensure quality and make each toy a little unique. Le Toy Van toys are ethically made by our trusted partners and validated by the ICTI & ISO 9001 seal of Approval. With a reputation to uphold, there are rigorous comprehensive quality, safety and sustainability programmes and certification in place. All their toys are designed to last and comply with the rigorous EN-71 & ASTM safety standards.
Le Toy Van strives to find ways to reduce their impact on the planet and are always working towards a zero waste goal. They aim to have 100% plastic-free packaging for all their toys by 2021, utilising plant-based and biodegradable alternatives. They work closely with their manufacturers in Indonesia to ensure not only the quality of production, but also to ensure all workplace and safety standards are met.
