HIBISCUS SODA SYRUP
500ml - makes approximately 15 drinks

Six Barrel's hibiscus is a floral plummy original number. They use dried hibiscus flowers for a deep red colour and a rich floral and stone fruit flavour. Hibiscus is a popular flavour for drinks in the Caribbean and Central America. Try it with a wedge of lime, with sparkling wine or in tequila or rum drinks.
This is a soda syrup for making great drinks. It is perfect with SodaStream or your favourite sparking water.

DIRECTIONS
Fill a tall glass with ice, add soda water most of the way, add 33ml of syrup. Stir and garnish with lemon, mint or other fancy things. Refrigerate once open.
