GIGOGNE
Duralex's Gigogne glasses are named after an old French word meaning "nested" and as the name implies, these simple, understated glasses are meant to be stackable and easily stored. The Giogone has been a standard for French mothers who covet glassware that is easily handled, shatterproof, and dishwasher safe. In other words, the Giogone tumbler is meant to be child proof and low care. In addition to water and juice, they are perfect for red wine.

DURALEX GLASS
Duralex glass is 2.5 times stronger than annealed glass, virtually unbreakable. If however Duralex glass does break in your hands, there is no risk of injury as it bursts into a multitude of blunt pieces. The glass used is tempered, meaning that it can be used to serve both hot and cold beverages. It is therefore heat resistant, but also microwave and dishwasher safe. The glass moves smoothly from freezer to microwave and is capable of enduring a thermal shock of 130°C. Duralex glass is also hygenic and non-pourous.
