The Caker

At The Caker, they love the tradition of cake, but they don't make traditional cakes. The Caker combine beautiful flavours, whole pieces of fruit like berries, pears and plums, and they use only the best 70% cocoa Belgian couverture chocolate. The cakes are then topped with a beautiful scattering of freeze-dried fruits, crushed pistachios or toasted coconut, and drips of berry coulis or lemon curd.
