Their soda syrups are made with filtered water, fair trade organic cane sugar, fresh fruit, spices & nuts. When mixed with soda or sparkling water they make fresh real sodas.
Celery tonic is made in the style of a classic new york city soda popular in jewish delicatessens. It has the spice of lightly pressed celery seed and ginger, the crispness of cucumber, green apple and fresh celery and the freshness you should expect of great soda. Cherry and Pomegranate
Cherry & Pomegranate started out as a grenadine and we added more cherries and it became it's own thing. We use real cherries and pomegranate molasses for a sweet tartness, orange blossom water for floral notes and organic cane sugar for a natural sweetness. Try it with a wedge of lime.
Ginger syrup is made from fresh ginger root for spice and a full gingery flavour, a little black pepper for heat and organic cane sugar for a rich natural sweetness. Try it with a wedge of lime or in gin, rum, vodka or American whiskey drinks.
Kola Nut is our original spiced style cola, made naturally to a regular cola flavour profile. We use real kola nut for bitterness and an earthiness, vanilla, cinnamon and star anise for floral spice, lemon and orange peel for citrus, caramelised organic cane sugar and molasses for the smoky sweetness. Grapefruit and Hops
Grapefruit & Hops is an original flavour which we release for a few months when the days get longer and warmer. We use Hawkes Bay grapefruit for zest and juice giving a tart citrus flavour and Nelson Sauvin hops for a bitterness and aroma. Try it with a slice of lemon or in gin, tequila or rum drinks.
The hibiscus is a floral plummy original number. We use dried hibiscus flowers for a deep red colour and a rich floral and stone fruit flavour. Hibiscus is a popular flavour for drinks in the Caribbean and Central America. Try it with a wedge of lime, with sparkling wine or in tequila or rum drinks.
